Confidentiality & Privacy
Everything you share with me is held in confidence. I will never release your information without your permission, except in rare circumstances where I am legally required to (such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or a court order). Records are stored securely and responsibly.

Technology & Communication
I use widely available platforms for email, scheduling, communication, and payments. These are not HIPAA-compliant, but they allow me to connect with you more easily. By signing, you acknowledge and consent to their use. If you prefer another way of sharing sensitive information, just let me know.

Scope of Practice
I am a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Clinical Herbalist. My practice is rooted in herbal medicine, somatic coaching, and functional health tools, and is informed by integrative and functional medicine principles. My role is to support you in exploring and addressing root causes of imbalance on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, nor provide psychotherapy or emergency services. My work is meant to complement, not replace, the care of licensed medical or mental health providers.

Client Responsibility
This process is collaborative. Your growth depends on your openness, willingness to explore, and follow-through on practices we agree upon. You agree to communicate honestly and seek medical or therapeutic care when needed.

Emergencies
If you ever feel unsafe or in crisis, please call 911 (or your local emergency number) or reach out for immediate professional help. I cannot provide emergency services.

Financial Terms & Scheduling
Your space in the program, along with the resources and preparation I create for you, are reserved as soon as you enroll. For this reason, program fees are non-refundable once the program begins.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less notice may not be rescheduled. I understand that life happens — if something unforeseen comes up, we’ll discuss together the best way to adjust your program.

No Guarantees of Results
Every person’s journey is unique. I cannot promise specific outcomes, as progress depends on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York for resolution of any disputes.
