Clinical Herbalist · Board-Certified Health Coach · Somatic Practitioner
I help women who are doing everything right and still feel like sh*t figure out why and actually fix it.
If you're here, something isn't adding up.
You're functioning, maybe even functioning well. But your body tells a different story.
The energy that used to be there isn't. Your digestion is unpredictable. Your sleep doesn't restore you. Your cycle is shifting in ways nobody seems to take seriously.
You've been trying to conceive and hitting walls that don't show up clearly on any test.
On paper, everything looks fine. In your body, it clearly isn't.
I work with women who are used to being capable and are quietly exhausted by how hard it's become to feel good. Women navigating burnout, hormonal shifts, gut issues, fertility challenges, anxiety, and the particular frustration of being told there's nothing wrong when you know there is.
What I do is find what's actually driving it. And address it at the root, not just the surface.
How I got here.
I spent a decade as a commercial litigation attorney in New York. I was good at it. I was also unraveling.
The symptoms started subtly: fatigue I attributed to long hours, digestion I ignored, anxiety I called ambition. I was eating too little, exercising too much, and overriding everything my body tried to tell me. I thought I was taking care of myself. My body knew better.
In 2013, my body stopped asking politely. The crash was physical, but it was also something else, a stripping away of everything I'd been using to avoid the question of how I actually felt. Conventional medicine offered me nothing except confirmation that my labs were normal. Which meant, officially, nothing was wrong.
So I went looking on my own.
I found functional medicine, which gave me frameworks. I found herbalism, which gave me something harder to name. When I started working with plants, something woke up in me—not just physiologically, though that happened too. It was more like a remembering. Of the body's intelligence. Of what it means to actually be in your life, not just managing it.
Healing, I learned, isn't about fixing. It's about learning to hear what your body has been trying to say.
That understanding is the foundation of everything I do now.
Over the years I've layered onto it functional medicine, clinical herbalism, nervous system science, somatic work, neurocognitive retraining, the science of behavior change.
What emerged is a practice that holds all of it at once, because that's what it actually takes.
Why you’re still stuck.
Most chronic symptoms don't live in one category.
They're patterns across the whole system: gut, hormones, nervous system, emotional terrain, all influencing each other.
Most approaches miss this.
They treat one thing at a time, hand you a cookie-cutter protocol, and leave the nervous system entirely out of the picture. Which is why things improve temporarily and then fall apart again.
The other thing most approaches miss: knowing what to do is rarely the problem.
Making it actually work in your real life, that's where things break down. Most protocols aren't built around your capacity, your nervous system patterns, or the life you're actually living.
That's what's different here.
How I Work.
Everything I do follows the same progression:
01
ASSESS // Understand what's actually going on.
02
REPATTERN // Address what's keeping it stuck.
03
REBUILD // So the changes hold.
That means working across all the layers at once: functional lab interpretation, clinical herbalism, nervous system and somatic work, neurocognitive retraining, and behavior change coaching designed around your actual life.
A living process that adjusts as you do.
I keep my practice intentionally small. Everyone I work with gets my complete attention.
A few things I believe.
Symptoms aren't random. They're patterned, intelligent, and usually inconveniently honest.
If your body is loud, it's because subtle didn't work. That's not dysfunction. That's escalation.
The nervous system is not optional in healing. It governs everything: digestion, hormones, immunity, your capacity to change. Skip it and most protocols eventually fail.
You can't out-supplement a life that's out of alignment. At some point, the structure has to change.
You already know more than you trust yourself to know. My job is to help you hear it, and act on it.
Healing isn't about fixing. It's about remembering.

You don't have to keep figuring this out by yourself.
You've listened to the podcasts. You've tried the protocols. You've spent a lot of time in your own head.
At some point, that stops being enough.
That’s what I’m here for.
